2.56 You Matter to Him

Great to have you with me. Today, let's be anxiously engaged in a good cause and bring to pass much righteousness. A truth you may battle sometimes.

I know I do. You are of great worth and you matter to the Lord. Welcome to the rest of our week with Doctrine and Covenants section 18 and 2nd Nephi chapters 10 through 14.

We're going to keep rolling inside of Doctrine and Covenants section 18 and forgive me, I don't know how many of you only listen to this podcast versus do other personal scriptural references. But today I feel very strongly that I'm going to read from you. Yes, we're going to do our verse for today and then I'm going to read from you directly from a talk and it's going to be a little bit of a talk.

When you think about it, the Lord sees us as literally great worth to him. And when you think about that in a universal perspective, when you think about that through the lens of who God actually is, That can be quite humbling, really.
