Welcome to Day 336 on our 365-day journey through the Book of Mormon together. Today, we finish the Book of Mormon. You're going to be reading Mormon chapter 9, verses 30 to 37.

You'll finish that book. The Bible, Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price, through Jared all the way to Ether. And so, great fun there!

Today, I love Moroni talking to us as he sees in his writings that he makes mistakes. And then he talks to us about his mistakes. This is what he says in Mormon 9:31.

He says, I love that Moroni's advice here is, I believe, for all of us. And that is, please don't judge our mistakes, but at the same time, please share your mistakes with others. Now, you sitting there, going, 'Wait a second, did he really say that?' By writing these stories, Moroni, Mormon, the authors of the other books, they broadcasting some of the mistakes that they made, some of their imperfections, some of the challenges they faced, some of the ways that they were weak.

And they did it in the hopes that you and I could learn to be more wise than they were. And I think we can take a message from that as well. If you've ever seen Encanto, this is the whole core piece of it, right?

This is the message around, 'We don't talk about Bruno.' Here he was considered an imperfection in the family. He was considered a mistake, something that we don't talk about, something that we hide, something we brush under the rug. That's all for today, my friends.

Remember that by small and simple things are great things brought to pass. Keep it small, keep it simple, and always seek to be savory salt. I'll be here tomorrow and I hope you are too.
